Spencer is the Head of Debt. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi-listed investment company Investments.

He has broad experience in advisory, origination, structuring and execution across multiple asset classes including Private Equity and Debt Investments, Real Estate and Fixed Income.
