Our private equity strategy centres on acquiring strategic stakes in highly profitable and rapidly expanding companies in fast growing, mainly defensive, industries with a tendency to perform regardless of economic cycles. Through active ownership and a focus on operational improvement and expansion, we accelerate our portfolio companies’ growth and help them reach higher profitability.

Our private debt business focuses on providing capital to traditionally underserved firms in the Middle East and Turkey, Middle East, USA, Brazil, Europe, Africa, supporting their growth ambitions and regional expansion. We also specialise in providing acquisition finance to regional and global investment firms looking to invest in leveraged buy-outs.
