Investment Banking
Investment banking provides corporate finance advisory, equity and debt capital markets, mergers and acquisitions expertise, private placements, structured investments and other services.
Capital Investment Fund Abu Dhabi has also advised on corporate advisory and M&A transactions worth around AED 3.2 billion since 2005. Capital Markets
This division provides institutional sales and trading and research for Capital Investment Fund Abu Dhabi's institutional client base. The group offers market access and execution, portfolio advisory services, settlement financing and margin facilities. Through Capital Markets, clients gain access to global equities and fixed income, primary issues as well as OTC derivatives, and liquidity through an extensive network of local and international counterparties. Capital Investment Fund Abu Dhabi's research department produces sectoral research on listed companies across the GCC region with emphasis on coverage of UAE equities and trading opportunities.
Lending
Capital Investment Fund Abu Dhabi's wholly owned subsidiary, Finance Corporation UAE provides funding solutions to SMEs across the Emirates. The Company has head offices in Dubai and provides services to businesses from sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, construction, healthcare, travel and tourism, retail and real estate. It offers a broad range of specialized funding solutions including small business loans, business vehicle finance, consumer finance which includes working capital, asset finance and invoice finance, medical equipment finance and marine finance.
Asset Management
This division manages proprietary and third party Funds as well as Discretionary Portfolios for High Net Worth Individuals and Institutions. Focusing on conventional and Sharia compliant equity and fixed income, the division's products span fourteen regional stock exchanges.
Corporate
Corporate manages future corporate development and controls all cash and shared service expenses related to the Group. All proprietary investments are managed within this business segment which also comprises strategy and business development, legal and compliance, finance, treasury, operations, risk management, investor relations, corporate communications, marketing, information technology and human resources.
